Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe/Mollie/PayPal, depending on your checkout). We do not store your full payment card details.

Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms apply to purchases made via animalick.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

Animalick pieces are hand-painted and may show subtle variations that are part of their character. Product photos aim to represent colours accurately, though screens may vary.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in EUR. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where available.

4. Payment

Orders are processed once payment is received and confirmed by our payment provider.

5. Availability

One-of-a-kind pieces may sell quickly. If a piece becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you promptly to offer a refund or alternative.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Animalick is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of our products.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law.

Commissioned / bespoke work may have separate timelines and conditions, which will be agreed in writing before starting.

Shipping & Returns

1. Processing times

In-stock pieces are typically prepared and dispatched within 3–7 business days. If you need something urgently, email us and we’ll do our best.

2. Shipping

  • We ship from Belgium.
  • Delivery times depend on your location and carrier.
  • International orders outside the EU may incur customs duties or import taxes.

3. Returns (EU 14-day right of withdrawal)

If you are an EU consumer, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and returned in protective packaging.

4. Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Commissions / bespoke pieces

Commissioned or customised pieces are generally non-refundable. If an issue arises, we’ll work with you to resolve it.
